Installing a Pivot headlight controller on an s13

This is the diagram to install on a 180sx.

Remove the drivers side kick panel. You will see this:

Remove the bolt holding the white box to the wall and move it out of the way. The headlight timer assembly is found in the hole behind the white box. Remove the bolt and pull the black headlight timer assembly out as shown.

The box should look like this:

Remove the connector from the box and look for the pink wire shown here.

Cut the pink wire and attach the yellow and black wires as shown to the cut ends of the pink wire.

I suggest you solder the wires while you're down there. The Red wire is the ground and the Grey wire is for switched power. I attached the Grey wire to the fuse box where the power mirror fuse would go. I don't have power mirrors so this worked for me but you may need to search for another source of switched +12v. I attached the Red wire to the chassis near the fuse box.
